• Using high precision pressure sensor and digital technology, this controller provides a reliable control and protection for the compressors in the refrigeration industry. This controller gets rid of the traditional mechanical controller and changes to use the high precision pressure sensor and digital technology. Besides the features of the traditional mechanical controller, this controller has additional pressure-enthalpy parameters of various refrigerante, and the refrigerant type, the refrigerant pressure and the corresprnding temperature will be displayed on the same LCD screen and clear at a glance. Therefore, the operator is no longer worried about the search of the pressure-temperature table while he observes the pressure.
• The controller has the features of high precision control, reliable control and high contact output power. It is applicable for the protection of the refrigeration compressor.

Functions and Operation:
· The parameters of five types of refrigerant are contained in this controller as follows: R134A R404A R407C R22 R410A
· To select the desired type of refrigerant, just push down the “SET”key and the type of refrigerant starts to flicker. Push down the “△”key or the “▽”key to find the desired type of refrigerant and the release the “△”key or the “▽”key, the desired type of refrigerant will flicker several times and finally stop flickering. The setting of the type of refrigerant at the low pressure end is finished.
· Push down the “SET”key again, the pressure settings at the low pressure end start to flicker . Similarly, push down the “△”key or the “▽”key to increase or decrease the pressure settings at the low pressure end till the desired pressure is found. Then release the key, the desired pressure setting will flicker several times and finally stop flickering. The setting of the pressure at the low pressure end is finished.
· Push down the “SET”key again, the pressure settings at the high pressure end start to flicker . Similarly, push down the “△”key or the “▽”key to increase or decrease the pressure settings at the high pressure end till the desired pressure is found. Then release the key, the desired pressure setting will flicker several times and finally stop flickering. The setting of the pressure at the high pressure end is finished.
· Push down the “SET”key again for the setting of the pressure differential at the low pressure end. Similarly, push down the “△”key or the “▽”key till the desired pressure differential is found and chosen. The setting of the desired pressure differential at the low pressure end is finished.
· Push down the “SET”key again for the setting of the pressure differential at the high pressure end. Similarly, push down the “△”key or the “▽”key till the desired pressure differential is found and chosen. The setting of the desired pressure differential at the high pressure end is finished.
· Push down the “SET”key once more, the above mentioned setting operations could be repeated.
· The control relay at the low pressure end will be actuated when the actual pressure at the low pressure end is smaller than the pressure setting at the low pressure end. The control relay at the low pressure end will return to normal when the actual pressure at the low pressure end is larger than the sum of the pressure setting + pressure differential at the low pressure end.
· The control relay at the high pressure end will be actuated when the actual pressure at the high pressure end is larger than the pressure setting at the high pressure end. The manual operation is required for the resetting at the high pressure end under the necessary conditions as follows: the high pressure end could be reset only when the actual pressure at the high pressure end is lower than the pressure settings and the resetting switch is pushed down.

Cautions:
1、The pressure setting of the device are not allowed to be 120% larger than the maximum pressure and otherwise the controller will be damaged.
2、The load carried by the relay is not allowed to be higher than the power requirement of the relay and otherwise the controller will be damaged.
3、Avoid the controller is located under the direct sunshine and otherwise the screen cannot be seen clearly due to the LCD characteristics.
